Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation or no-show for a lesson is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible with a minimum of 24 hours notification, provided the lesson falls in the same week and depending on available slots and tutor's prior commitments. Abrupt cancellations are nonrefundable.
