Making Bookings in Arabic

Learn to make bookings and reservations in Arabic and buy tickets, such as ariline tickets, cinema tickets, theatre tickets, as well as booking a taxi.

In this lesson you will learn to make various bookings and buy tickets in a real life conversational context and in various venues or situations: airline tickets cinema and theatre tickets, as well as taxi booking or reservation at the concierge in a hotel. You will also learn about the three types of calendar months in Arabic: the Aramaic calendar, the Gregorian (both solar based) and the islamic Hijri lunar calendar. In addition, you will learn about reading numbers and ticket prices, as well as noun annexation in Arabic or IDaafah construction الإضافَة.
